Create a dedicated folder on your desktop or laptop and store all the photos and videos in it.  It’s also a good idea to ask immediate family to do the same so many backups exist.   If you only store them in one place, you risk losing them if that device fails. So, it’s always a good idea to make a backup of your photos and videos by saving them to an external hard drive. 

3. Store them on the Cloud.  Services like Dropbox, Google Drive, and iCloud are a fantastic option for digital storage.When you save your wedding photos and videos to the cloud, they are stored on remote servers that are managed and maintained by the service provider. This means you can access them from anywhere, on any device, as long as you have an internet connection.
